Finally, after almost 8 years, this Live Journal is officially

Because of random people adding me without notification and just starting to comment my LJ without my knowing them personally/having anything in common, I'm currently not adding friends. This will surely change over time, but right now I'm set in my ways.

I'm just tired/amused enough to post this.

Dear Aoi,

Bill Kaulitz is supposed to look like you. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

Rare Gackt post whut.

I stole the video from Elise's (elise_maxwell) LJ of Gackt on the Domoto Kyoudai show back in January, because she was laughing so hard she almost started crying, so I'm figuring this must be one really funny show!

It was, but more often then not, I was wanting to squish Gackt until he couldn't breathe more than laugh at him (though the pranks he pulled when he was a kid were pretty epic...and I did LOL at his fringe-infested boots. XD)

But damn, bb, when did you get so...adorable?

(this is one of those things you have to see a gif of to get the full impact of it's CUTE, but I can't make gifs, because I fail.)

But yes, I loved the video. I already told Selina that she needed to see it. If anybody else wants to (cuz I know a few of you are [or once were] Gackt fans), this lovely girl was the one I got it from, here you go!

Tinted Windows "Rock After Dark" Promo

Not..quite exactly what I was expecting, but it's not bad. ^_^

*still lawling at Taylor's dancing*

Talk about Random!

The host of Iron Chef is in the movie Death Note. *falls over*

I was just reading up about him on wiki and I guess he's been a movie/stage actor for over 35 years.

So imagine my suprise when I saw him walking in an office in a suit, all no-nonsense and professional in this movie.

It brought on a good bout of ROFLing for me.

I finally put together the vid pieces I took on my camera from No Way Out and made the vlog I promised! Enjoy!

I had a long ass day at work. I had to work 2:30-5:30 with a call in tell 8:00, and Pam said to be prepared to just work til 8. Which sucked for two reasons: A) I was SERIOUSLY PMSing, and B)All I had to eat with me was an Israeli chocolate bar [true story--the writing's in Hebrew!] that mom gave me. What made it even better was later on Michelle asked me if I could stay until 9:30. I was beyond caring by that point, and it was only another hour and a half that I could really use on the next paycheck, so I said yes. Lucky for me I had Tami, Kellie, and Carol along with Michelle to endure it with.

But, on a brighter side, I came home to a few nice things:

1. Nice shiny new box of tampons [hey, we're mostly all girls here, so you can understand what I'm saying.]
2. An e-mail from Turbo Tax saying my e-file was accepted. Sadly, I have no checks, and was too freaking lazy last night to call my bank for a routing number, so I just am having them send me a check instead of direct deposit.
3. Death Note came from Netflix today! :D
4. I messaged Lisa earlier today to ask if she and Jeff have finally set a date for their wedding, and they have! :D They're shooting for May 7th, and the reception is gonna be on the 10th. Holy crap! I've gotta find a dress!

Hell, I'm gonna MAKE my dress! There's a cute pattern in one of my new books and everything! WOO!

Let's just hope I can find a cheap matching twin bedsheet and pillow case for it...*crosses my fingers*

I'm probably gonna save Death Note for Monday's viewing, because I don't wanna start it tonight then stop in the middle of it to go to bed. And tomorrow I've got a 2-8 shift at work. So I think I'm gonna just go take off all my make up, and just chillax.

Mr. Personality

This song is so crude, but I love it.

Bless Tabs (konzatsu) for having this video up on Super*Lover for me to make a screencap of it. *squishes her*

And bless Ryohei for his random "WTF?" faces.

Cheap Smashing Hansons whut.

Former Smashing Pumpkins guitarist James Iha, Cheap Trick drummer Bun E. Carlos, Hanson's Taylor Hanson and Fountains Of Wayne bassist Adam Schlesinger have formed a new band, Tinted Windows.

The group has recorded its debut album at Stratosphere Sound Studios in New York, which Schlesinger and Iha co-own with Ivy's Andy Chase. The set is expected this spring on a label to be announced.

Tinted Windows will play its first major show at Billboard's South by Southwest showcase, to be held March 20 at Pangaea in Austin, Texas.

Okay, this I have to hear.
